John joins the MEININGER team after more than fifteen years of experience in senior management positions. He has served as the Director of Administration at both the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organisation in Vienna (CTBTO) and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague (OPCW), as well as in management positions at the U.S. Department of State. He has a reputation for leading without micromanaging, supporting colleagues to continually develop their skills, encouraging staff to look for ways to work more efficiently, and delegating responsibility (as well as accountability) to where it belongs. John will join the Management team and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
